Haven Properties was founded in January 2020, at a time when the company was transitioning from the transport and logistics industry, where it operated as Grey Car Hire.

Our entry point into the real estate industry was through real estate agency, which gave us the opportunity to gain valuable experience and a deeper understanding of the property market. During this period, we recorded a good number of sales and gained significant exposure through property viewing appointments, customer engagement, and direct interaction with clients. This experience strengthened our interest in real estate and eventually inspired us to pursue the business on a full-time basis.

Our property development journey began in Mutendere East, particularly in the Valley View area. Our first development project took approximately nine months to complete. Although the project was eventually sold at a minimal profit, it marked an important milestone in our journey and laid the foundation for our long-term involvement in property development.

Following the success of our first project, we continued to expand our operations and developed more than 30 housing units, most of which were flats. As our experience and confidence grew, we later expanded into Ibex Hill, where we began developing standalone houses. One house led to another, and through consistency, dedication, and a commitment to quality, these projects gradually grew into a formidable group of companies under the Haven Properties name.

Today, Haven Properties can proudly reflect on a journey of significant growth and development, having contributed to the transformation and development of communities through our projects, with even greater developments still to come.

Our core focus has always been to build quality homes while ensuring that our clients receive genuine value for their investment. We have also recognized that in today's competitive property market, customer satisfaction is more important than simply making a sale. For this reason, we go beyond the point of sale by providing after-sales support for several months, helping our clients settle into their new homes and making adjustments to various details according to their preferences.
